The ceiling was prepped for painting, the floors were covered for protection, and mud and tape were applied to repair the ceiling. Once repaired, the ceiling was painted, with all labor and materials included.
A new bathtub was installed, along with finishing the plumbing work to complete the upgrade. Labor and materials were fully included in the process.
The existing pool plaster was demolished, and new netting was installed. Two coats of plaster were applied, followed by one finish coat and waterproofing to ensure durability. New tile was installed, and the pool was filled and treated for optimal use.
A new 3-4 ton air conditioning unit and furnace were installed to improve energy efficiency and comfort. Ducting work was not included in this process, but all labor and materials for the installation were covered.
The old skimmer was demolished, and a new one was installed with Schedule 40 lines that were pressurized during construction to ensure there were no leaks. Once the new skimmer was in place, the concrete slab around it was patched, although the color may not match the existing concrete.
A 10x10 pad was installed along with new Pentair equipment, including a D.E. cartridge filter, Inteliflow variable-speed pump, Intelibright LED pool light, and a new light switch. The light is not automatic but can be controlled manually.
